    • Pre-Sale Product Description
      By purchasing a Pre-Sale Subscription Certificate ("Certificate"), you are securing early access to our upcoming L2Business Directory prior to its public launch. You will receive a PDF Certificate via email after your purchase.
    • Certificate Redemption
      Certificates are redeemable starting on the official Launch date for the L2Business Platform, expected January 2026.
    • You will have 12 months from the official launch date to redeem your Certificate.
    • Redemption will require re-submitting valid payment information to establish your subscription account.
    • The initial subscription period purchased (1-Year or 2-Years) will be fully covered by your Certificate with no additional payment required during that period.
    • Subscription Renewal
      Upon expiration of your prepaid period (1 or 2 years, depending on your purchase), your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate, subject to your confirmation during the redemption process.
    • No Refunds
      Pre-Sale purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to redeem within the 12-month redemption window will result in forfeiture of the Certificate without refund.
    • Change or Cancellation of Launch
      If L2Business cancels the launch of the platform permanently, full refunds will be issued to Pre-Sale purchasers.
